Pilates found me at a time when I needed it most. Going through a difficult period in my life, I walked into a Reformer class searching for an escape — and found so much more. It became my safe space: a place where I could exhale, reconnect with my body, and slowly rebuild my strength and confidence from the inside out. That experience is what hooked me on Pilates, and it's the heart of why I teach today. My teaching style is patient, kind, and encouraging. I meet every client exactly where they are — whether it's your first session or your hundredth — guiding with clear, gentle cues and never pushing beyond what your body is ready for. Pilates was never meant to be about perfection, and my classes are a judgment-free space where you can simply show up for yourself and celebrate every small win along the way. My greatest strength as an instructor is creating that same safe, welcoming atmosphere I once found for myself. My greatest joy is watching my clients leave class feeling lighter, happier, and genuinely empowered in their own bodies — knowing my studio is a refuge for them the way it was for me. That's what I'm here for.
